All products sold by PeptideLab are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. These products are not drugs and are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or any application outside of a controlled research environment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the PeptideLab website or purchasing products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our site or services.

2. Research Use Only — Critical Restriction

All products are sold exclusively for legitimate scientific research and educational purposes. By placing an order, you explicitly agree that:

You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institution representative.
You will not use any product for human consumption, self-administration, or veterinary use.
You will handle and dispose of all compounds in compliance with applicable laws.
These products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for therapeutic use.

3. Age Restriction

4. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Sales tax may apply based on shipping location.

5. Shipping and Delivery

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine whether importation of specific compounds is legal in their jurisdiction. PeptideLab is not liable for orders seized or delayed by customs authorities.

6. Returns and Refunds

Defective or incorrectly shipped items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PeptideLab provides all products "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that products will achieve any particular research outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

PeptideLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury resulting from misuse of products or legal consequences arising from violation of applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California.
